VP Consulting Event Design offers Full Service Design and Execution of Corporate events, Trade shows, Fundraisers, and Conferences. Event Design services include venue/site negotiations for logistics, catering and Audio Visual supply, as well as Program and Registration support, marketing and advertising and On-site Coordination.
Pricing is based on need. Packages are customized according to size and extent of service. Initial hourly consultations are billed at $50/hour and contracted on a monthly retainer schedule.
