SERVICES IN VIRGINIA, MARYLAND & DC

Wedding Day Management Service     $2800

*available only at approved venues

This package is designed for clients who have planned their wedding and need a team to execute their logistics and ensure support of the couple throughout the day of their wedding. 

The package includes an initial planning meeting scheduled within three months of the wedding (avg 2 hours), to discuss all details of the timeline, vendor details and finalize a diagram. The Lead Coordinator assigned to the wedding will then schedule a walk-through with the client and all applicable vendors within six weeks of the wedding (avg 2 hours) and from that point forward will be available to the client for any changes and concerns. The Lead Coordinator and one assistant coordinator will oversee and manage the dress rehearsal (2 hours) and wedding day (10 hours), including setting out all of the client's personal items and decor as well as re-packaging personal inventory and helping with the client's final exit.

Partial-Planning and Wedding Day Management    $4500

This package is designed for clients who are looking for support six months to one year before their scheduled wedding date; where our relationships with vendors can help save time, confusion and money. Clients who choose this package receive planning logistics earlier on, benefiting from our experience, referrals and design suggestions.

Included in this package is an initial planning session to discuss all details of style, theme, tone and logistics to create a customized event planning workbook.  The client will receive support from our Lead Coordinator at three scheduled planning meetings, where they will help with vendor referrals and negotiations, rental and venue requirements, timeline creation, diagram suggestions and any VIP travel logistics. The Lead Coordinator will schedule a walk-through with all applicable vendors and act as a liaison between the client and all vendors within the final two months out from the wedding.  

​Lastly,  we offer support at the dress rehearsal (scheduled on availability of the venue) for up to 2 hours and wedding day (12 hours) with the Lead Coordinator and two assistant coordinators.

Full-Service Wedding Planning     Price Customized by Need

This package is customized for our clients and priced according to budget and guest count. Our services are based on an average wedding budget of $1000 per person.

A design consultation will be scheduled to discuss the number of events and services that will be provided. Full Service clients will have access to a state of the art software for continuous collaboration and access to all planning tools, checklists, design boards, budget variance reports and attendance tracking. In person and virtual meetings will be scheduled monthly throughout the planning timeframe with the Wedding Planner and client, as well as venue walk-throughs and vendor appointments as negotiated. The VP Consulting Team will be present at all events for top level execution and quality assurance.
